FIFA is launching a new project called "FIFA series".
Idman.biz reports that, according to the new project, instead of the official friendly games on the FIFA calendar, a mini-tournament will be organized with the participation of national teams from different confederations.
One of the first such competitions, which will be organized in the format of a mini-tournament on different continents and will be attended by four teams, is planned to be held in Baku in March. In addition to our country from Europe, the national teams of Bulgaria, Tanzania from Africa, and Mongolia from the Asian continent will compete in the tournament.
Detailed information about the tournament that will be organized for the first time (calendar, draw, stadiums, etc.) will be posted on our website later.
