Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane has joined an exclusive group of players in Champions League history.
İdman.Biz reports that the England international found the net in Bayern's 5-0 victory over Bodo/Glimt in the opening round of the 2026/27 Champions League league phase on Thursday, September 10.
Kane has now scored in eight consecutive Champions League matches.
Only three players had previously managed a scoring streak of at least eight games in the competition: Cristiano Ronaldo, Robert Lewandowski and Ruud van Nistelrooy. Ronaldo and Lewandowski achieved the feat twice each.
Bayern's emphatic victory also gave the German champions a perfect start to their Champions League campaign.
