Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has reached an agreement with the club over a contract extension.
İdman.Biz reports, citing insider Fabrizio Romano, that the Belgian's current deal, which was due to expire at the end of the 2026/27 season, will be extended by at least one more year.
The new agreement will therefore keep Courtois at the Santiago Bernabeu until at least the summer of 2028.
The 34-year-old joined Real Madrid from Chelsea in the summer of 2018 and has since established himself as one of the key figures in the Spanish giants' squad.
Courtois has made 338 appearances for Real Madrid across all competitions and has won numerous major trophies with the club during his time in the Spanish capital.
The Belgian international has previously spoken openly about his desire to finish his playing career at Real Madrid.
