Idman.biz reports with reference to L'Équipe that the Portuguese are fighting with Besiktas to join the 19-year-old young Italian midfielder.
Cher, who will protect the honor of Benfica in 2021-2023, was sold to the French club last year. He was on the field for only 25 minutes in PSG uniform.
