Bayern Munich are considering Manchester City striker Erling Haaland as a potential long-term replacement for Harry Kane.
As reported by İdman.Biz citing TEAMtalk, the Munich club are assessing the possibility of signing the Norwegian once Kane eventually leaves Bayern.
Bayern hope Kane will remain at the club for another two or three years and sign a new contract. The England captain's current deal runs until 2027, while the German champions are increasingly confident that an extension can be agreed.
At the same time, Bayern are already looking at options for the post-Kane era. Haaland is among the players being considered, particularly if the timing of a possible departure from Manchester City coincides with Kane's eventual exit from Munich.
Real Madrid and Barcelona could also emerge as contenders for Haaland's signature. According to TEAMtalk, both Spanish giants believe a potential move for the Norwegian could become possible as early as 2027.
Haaland remains one of the most valuable players in world football, with Transfermarkt estimating his market value at €220 million.
