A show on ice was organized for the first time in Baku.
Idman.biz reports that the artistic program was presented by two-time Olympic figure skating champion Evgeni Plushenko and his wife and producer Yana Rudkovskaya.
The show called "Tales of Plushenko" was watched by 15,000 viewers in two days. Alexander, the eldest son of the legendary athlete, also participated in the show.
The couple, who celebrated their 16th anniversary in Baku, were pleased with the trip. Plushenko demonstrated this in his post: "Thanks for two sold-out events in Baku. 15,000 spectators watched our "Tales of Plushenko" ice show, and it snowed in Baku for the first time in three years. A real winter's tale was received. Thank you for the incredible welcome. See you at the "Swan Lake" show, which will be held in Baku on May 17-18, together with the ballet. We will bring a real fairy tale with the music of the genius Tchaikovsky. See you in Baku."
It should be noted that Plushenko won 2 gold and 2 silver medals at the Olympic Games, 3 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medals at the world championships. He is a 7-time winner of European championships, 3-time silver medalist.
