Greek tennis player Stefanos Tsitsipas, the seventh player in the world, left the US Open-2023. In the second round match of the tournament, he met his opponent Dominik Striker (ranked 128th in the world). Tsitsipas lost in five sets – 5:7, 7:6 (7:2), 7:6 (7:5), 6:7 (6:8), 3:6.

The game between Norwegian Casper Ruud (ranked 5th in the world) and Chinese Zhang Zhizhen (ranked 67th in the world) in the 2nd round of the US Open has ended. Ruud lost to the Chinese 4:6, 7:5, 2:6, 6:0, 2:6 and left the competition.
