Turan Tovuz has released an official statement addressing recent rumors circulating about the club.
The Tovuz-based side condemned the spread of unfounded and inaccurate news regarding the team in recent days, Idman.biz reports.
The club clarified that despite the season being over, head coach Kurban Berdyev has not left the country. Instead, he remains actively engaged in planning for the upcoming season and regularly consults with club management to build a stronger squad.
“We would like to emphasize that our contract with the head coach is ongoing, and the club’s management is demonstrating full support for Kurban Berdyev in forming a more ambitious team. We urge our fans and the football community not to believe unverified, false reports that harm the club’s reputation,” the statement read.
The club also noted that all official updates related to training camps, transfer strategy, infrastructure, and other projects will be communicated directly through its official channels.
