Azerbaijani boxers left for Kazakhstan to train

The Azerbaijani national boxing team of male boxers has left for Kazakhstan.

Idman.biz informs that a training camp will be held in Almaty under the leadership of Jeyhun Abiyev and Ravshan Khocayev.

15 boxers in non-Olympic weight classes will participate in the training. The coaching staff in Kazakhstan has Hasan Malikov, Tural Sariyev (both 48 kg), Masud Yusifzade (51 kg), Amin Mammadzada, Ruslan Gadirov (both 54 kg), Azrak Babirov, Mahammadali Ashuraliyev (both 57 kg), Magsud Khasmetov (60 kg), Ruslan Rustamov (63.5 kg), Nabi Iskanderov, Javid Chalabiyev, Ilgar Salahov (all three 67 kg), Mirsharif Kazimzade (71 kg), Kamran Shahsuvarli (75 kg) and Seyid Seyidov (86 kg) will check.

Trial fights with local boxers are also planned.

It should be noted that the gathering, which will start today, will continue until February 9.
