Former Azerbaijan national player as a "estate agent" – VIDEO

The former Azerbaijan national team player Aleksandr Rindin’s new job has been revealed.

This was announced by Vugar Azimov, the general secretary of the Azerbaijan Basketball Federation, who was a guest of Idman.biz studio.
He said that the only Azerbaijani NBA-level basketball player is engaged in buying and selling houses. Rindin, who was drafted into the NBA, is now an "estate agent".

Azimov said that the 225 cm tall talent ended his career due to injury: "In my opinion, Aleksandr Rindin was the only basketball player in Azerbaijan who could play in the NBA. He currently lives in Tyumen, Russia. I talked to him last year. We even wanted to invite him to the national team in 2020-21. Unfortunately, he has already said goodbye to basketball. Currently, he is engaged in buying and selling houses. Rindin was seriously injured while playing in Russia. "He could not recover for a long time after that injury."

It should be noted that the basketball player who defended the honor of our national team in 2004-12 entered the NBA draft in 2005, but was not selected by any club. The last club of Rindin, who ended his career at the age of 30, was the Russian representative "Universitet-Yugra Surgut", where he played in 2011-15.
