Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo has sent a message to fans ahead of his team's opening match in the UEFA Nations League.
As reported by İdman.Biz, the forward shared several photos from Portugal's training session on social media as the reigning Nations League champions prepare to begin their new campaign.
"Nations League. We'll give it our all!" Ronaldo wrote.
The Portuguese star is expected to be in the starting line-up for the League A opener against Wales on September 24. The match will kick off at 22:45 Baku time.
Portugal, coached by Jorge Jesus, will also face Norway and Denmark during the international window. They will play Norway on September 27 and October 4, with the match against Denmark scheduled for October 1.
Portugal enter the new Nations League campaign as defending champions and will be looking to make a strong start in front of their home supporters.
