Sabah sign EuroCup champion Tajuan Agee

Sabah Basketball Club have signed American center/power forward Tajuan Agee until the end of the season.

As reported by İdman.biz, the 28-year-old stands 203 cm tall and joins the Baku side after spending the 2025/26 season with French club JL Bourg, where he won the EuroCup title.

Agee began his professional career in Europe in 2020 with Bulgarian club Balkan. He later played for Maccabi Ashdod in Israel and RASTA Vechta in Germany, helping the latter earn promotion to the top division of German basketball.

During the 2021/22 season, Agee also represented Hawke's Bay Hawks in New Zealand.

The American moved to France in 2023 after joining BCM Gravelines-Dunkerque. He spent two seasons with the club before transferring to JL Bourg in November 2025.

Agee also has experience in European club competitions. In 2021, he averaged 10.4 points and 6.8 rebounds for Balkan in the FIBA Europe Cup. He later competed in the same tournament with Gravelines-Dunkerque in 2024.

He also featured in the Basketball Champions League qualifiers in 2021, recording 19 points and seven rebounds in one game.

During the 2025/26 EuroCup campaign with JL Bourg, Agee averaged 6.5 points and 3.2 rebounds across 15 appearances.

Known for his physical strength, versatility and effectiveness in the frontcourt, Agee is expected to add experience and energy to Sabah's roster.
