On August 31, the group games of the Pont du Gard World Women's Series in 3x3 basketball, organized in France, started.
İdman.biz reports that "Neftchi" faced the Egyptian national team in the first game of the group. Azerbaijani representative won with a score of 21:12. "Neftchi" played the second game in the group against the Netherlands. The match of our basketball players ended with a 19:12 victory. This success qualified "Neftchi" for the 1/4 finals.
"Neftchi" will face the runner-up of Group D in the quarter finals. The game will be held on September 1.
