In the first days of the competition, our Greco-Roman wrestlers will test their strength under the leadership of senior coach Taleh Israfilov and coaches Rasim Aghayev and Elbrus Mammadov. The team consists of Nijat Isgandarli (45 kg), Amrah Amrahov (48 kg), Turan Dashdamirov (51 kg), Ali Nazarov (55 kg), Aykhan Javadov (60 kg), Ispandiyar Imanov (65 kg), Yusif Ahmadli (71 kg), Orkhan Hajiyev (80 kg), Said Pashayev (92 kg) and Mikayil Ismayilov (110 kg) are included.
Later, the girls will join the fight. Nazrin Ahmadli (40 kg), Ilkana Bayramova (46 kg), Esra Mammadli (49 kg), Fatima Bayramova (53 kg), Fidan Babayeva (57 kg), Gunay Gurbanova (61 kg) under the leadership of senior coach Rovshan Umudov and coach Hasrat Mammadyarov. and Zahra Karimzadeh (69 kg) will perform at the European Championship.
Freestyle wrestlers will conclude the competition. The first matches will start every day at 12:30 Baku time, and the matches for medals will start at 20:00.
IS category judge Sadi Guliyev and I category referee Zaur Sharifov will arbitrate in the European Championship.
