Real Madrid head coach Jose Mourinho has moved into outright fourth place on the all-time list of managers with the most victories in UEFA Champions League history.
As reported by İdman.Biz, the 63-year-old Portuguese tactician reached the milestone on October 21, when Real Madrid secured a convincing 4-1 victory over RB Leipzig in the third round of the 2026/27 Champions League league phase.
The result marked Mourinho's 87th win in the competition, allowing him to surpass former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, who recorded 86 victories.
Only three coaches have achieved more Champions League wins: Carlo Ancelotti (124), Pep Guardiola (117) and legendary former Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson.
Mourinho, who has previously won the Champions League with Porto in 2004 and Inter Milan in 2010, remains one of the most successful managers in European football history.
