On October 4, the final draw for the 2026 Women’s European Volleyball Championship will take place.
Idman.biz reports that the announcement was made by the Azerbaijan Volleyball Federation to Idman.biz.
Tickets for “EuroVolley 2026” will be available for purchase starting November 7. The championship will run from August 21 to September 6, 2026, with matches scheduled in Baku (Azerbaijan), Istanbul (Turkiye), Brno (Czech Republic), and Gothenburg (Sweden).
The draw ceremony will be held at the famous Norman-Swabian Castle in Bari and will be streamed live on the CEV YouTube channel. Star players and many members of the volleyball community will attend the event. Representatives from Azerbaijan, including Federation Board member Elgar Baghirov and national team player Ayshan Abdulazimova, are confirmed to participate.
