Four-time Grand Slam winner and world No. 2 Italian tennis player Jannik Sinner and three-time major finalist, world No. 3 German Alexander Zverev met on a plane while heading on vacation. The athletes will be spending their holiday in the Maldives, Idman.Biz reports.

“Looks like everyone’s having a Maldives season?” Zverev wrote, sharing a photo of the encounter.
In 2025, Sinner won two Grand Slam titles — the Australian Open and Wimbledon — as well as the Paris Masters (France) and the ATP Finals. He captured a total of six titles throughout the season. Zverev claimed one title this season — the clay-court 500 event in Munich (Germany).
