A significant step toward international cooperation in taekwondo was taken as the Azerbaijan Taekwondo Federation President, Kamaladdin Heydarov, met with Prince Rashid bin Al Hassan, President of the Jordan Taekwondo Federation, during an official visit to Jordan.
At the meeting, both parties discussed the development of taekwondo, shared achievements, and emphasized the importance of enhancing collaboration to promote the sport’s popularity, Idman.biz reports.
The discussions culminated in the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the two federations.
The memorandum outlines plans to strengthen ties through joint training camps, seminars, and experience exchange programs between athletes and coaches from both countries.
