Athletes from the Special Olympics Azerbaijan Committee will compete at the Special Olympics European Open Swimming Competition - Malta 2026, which will take place from September 10 to 14.
As reported by İdman.Biz, citing AZERTAC, Azerbaijan will be represented by four swimmers – Aghasalim Abdullayev, Mahammad Ali, Mirgaib Rasulov and Georgiy Ganiyev.
The team will be led by head coach Elvin Huseynov, with Yulia Dubrovina serving as assistant coach.
The Azerbaijani athletes are currently continuing their training camp as part of their preparations for the competition in Malta.
