Azerbaijani parajudo athlete Ilham Zakiyev (J1, +95 kg) has advanced to the final of the European Championship held in Tbilisi, Georgia.
According to Idman.biz, he defeated Moldova’s Oleg Kretul in the quarterfinals.
In the semifinals, Zakiyev overcame Turkiye’s Gokhan Biceri with an ippon, securing his place in the decisive stage of the tournament.
