A working meeting was held on June 2 at the Ministry of Youth and Sports as part of the ongoing preparations for the upcoming 3rd CIS Games.
The session brought together representatives from various sports federations, Idman.biz reports.
Minister Farid Gayibov addressed the attendees, stressing that all parties have critical responsibilities to ensure the Games are organized at the highest level.
The discussions covered venues, transportation, accommodation and meals for participants, as well as training and other logistical matters.
At the end of the meeting, relevant agencies were given specific instructions to improve coordination and closely monitor the implementation of ongoing tasks.
