Around the world walker to tackle Caspian Sea for the first time - PHOTO

Famous travelers Karl Bushby and Angela Maxwell will continue the Goliath Expedition from the Caspian Sea.

Idman.biz reports that they will be the first to swim across the Caspian Sea.

He intends to start the swim in mid-August this year thanks to last-minute funding from the Ministry of Youth and Sports and Baku City Circuit.
A Hull man hoping to become the first person to complete an unbroken walk around the world is planning a 186-mile (300km) swim across the Caspian Sea.

Backed up by a support boat, he will be joined in the water by two members of Azerbaijan's national swimming teams. These are 15-time national champions Anastasia Boborkina and Abdurrahman Rustamov, will swim with the travelers during the trip.

British Karl Bushby and American Angela Maxwell are two well-known adventurers who are exploring the four corners of the world. Carl started this mission back in November 1998 by covering a distance of 38,000 km. My colleague Angela Maxwell has been to 4 continents and 14 countries in the last 7 years and traveled a total distance of 32,186 km through dry deserts and snow-capped mountains.

The travelers are planning to depart from the coast near Aktau in the next few days and reach Baku in about a month.

After that, Karl and Angela plan to move through Azerbaijan to Europe and end their journey in Great Britain.
