The presentation ceremony of the book "Basics to specifics", a joint project of Roman Jahoda, the world-famous physiotherapist, founder of the ComplexCore, was held with the Azerbaijan State Academy of Physical Education and Sports (ASAPES).
Idman.biz reports that ASAPES rector Fuad Hajiyev, Elnur Mammadli, head of the sports sector of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Tahmina Taghi-Zada, head of the Azerbaijan National Anti-Doping Agency (ANADA), members and students of the academy took part in the event.
Rector of ASAPES, Fuad Hajiyev, who spoke at the event, said that ComplexCore organization is a world-renowned institution with substantial experience in teaching and supporting high-level sports. He noted that the book "Basics to specifics", a joint project of this organization and the Academy, is a collection of extensive information on the principles of physical training, the training and recovery process, and the preparation of programs.
The head of the Azerbaijan National Anti-Doping Agency (ANADA) Tahmina Taghi-Zada said that the book will be a reliable source of information not only for students, but also for everyone active in the field of sports.
Later, Roman Jahoda, the author of the book, the founder and executive director of the ComplexCore organization, said that "Basics to specifics" is a unique tool that covers all aspects of the field of rehabilitation. According to the author, the book includes 802 thousand tasks. For this reason, it is necessary literature for everyone working in the field of health, sports and rehabilitation.
It should be noted that Roman Jahoda has been a physiotherapist since 2003, and an international expert on physiotherapy and physical exercises in various universities and educational institutions, including national sports teams and federations, since 2007. Since 2008, he has been a member of the medical and coaching staff of Elite referees of UEFA. Roman Jahoda is also the person responsible for the "Physical education and rehabilitation in sports" program at ASAPES.
