March 5 – "Donate blood, save life!" dedicated to the Day of Physical Education and Sports. under the slogan of the sports community, a voluntary blood donation campaign was held.
Idman.biz reports that people of different age groups, including athletes and representatives of the sports community, participated in the action.
The program, which took place within the Sports Week, was organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports to support children suffering from hereditary blood diseases, especially thalassemia.
So far, 41 people have participated in the blood donation campaign that started in the morning at the National Scientific-Practical Institute of Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation.
