On the official closing day of the 3rd CIS Games, traffic restrictions will be applied on some streets in Ganja.
According to Idman.biz, on October 8, when the closing ceremony takes place, traffic will be completely restricted on the following avenues and streets in Ganja:
Heydar Aliyev Avenue at the intersection with Mohammad Fuzuli Street;
Ataturk Avenue;
Turgut Ozal Street at intersections with Bahram bey Akhundov, Faiq Nemanzade, Ilham Muzaffaroglu, and Chingiz Mustafayev Streets.
Due to the traffic restrictions on Ataturk Avenue, routes 6 and 7 will be diverted to pass through Heydar Aliyev Avenue during the event.
Route 12’s last stop will be changed from Ganja Railway Station to Bilal Gahramanov Street because of the restriction on Ataturk Avenue.
Routes 1, 4, 6, 7, and 8 will operate via Heydar Aliyev Avenue.
Spectators attending the closing ceremony can use public transport passing near the Ganja City Stadium.
