Georgian UFC lightweight champion Ilia Topuria has announced his imminent return to the octagon.
Idman.biz reports that the athlete specified he is ready to continue his series of fights and capture new positions.
“The king is back. No one is safe. Get in line. The conquest continues,” Topuria wrote on his social media page.
Topuria last fought in the octagon on June 29, 2025, when he competed for the vacant lightweight title against 35-year-old former UFC lightweight champion Charles Oliveira from Brazil. Topuria won the match by knockout in the first round.
