For the first time, the Azerbaijan Sport Academy (ASA) has served as an official co-organizer of an international scientific congress abroad.
According to Idman.biz, the I International “Human in Motion” Congress held in Portoroz, Slovenia, focused on physical activity, health, and aging.
ASA was represented by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Ulkar Babayeva, Head of the Department of Health Sports and Rehabilitation Konul Mammadova, and psychologists Aynur Bunyatova and Arzu Suleymanova.
The congress included discussions on topics such as “Risks of Psychoactive Substance Use Among Students Aged 17–24,” “Psychological Interventions in Long-Term Physical Activity,” and “Biomechanical Solutions for Space and Earth.”
Ulkar Babayeva emphasized the importance of international cooperation and knowledge exchange, particularly for developing new approaches in health and sports.
