Mehman Karimov, head of the International Programs Department of the National Olympic Committee (NOC) of Azerbaijan, has passed away.
Idman.biz reports that his relatives shared the news on social media.
It was stated that he died this morning after a long illness.
Karimov had been leading the NOC’s International Programs Department since 2022. He began his work at the organization in April 2010 as marketing director.
