The 28th Azerbaijan Championship in Rhythmic Gymnastics will conclude today in Guba.
Idman.biz informs that 122 teams participate in individual competitions and nine teams participate in group events.
In the Olympic Complex, the competition is held between teenagers born in 2013-2015, teenagers (born in 2011-2012) and young adults (born in 2008-2010). Participants perform in multi-sport competitions in their age categories.
Gymnasts of "Ojag Sports" club, athletes of Olympic Reserve Gymnastics School, Republican Sports School, "Grace" club, Water Sports Center, "Zabrat" club, Zira Cultural Center, Shamakhi, Zagatala, Ganja, Goychay, Lankaran, Masalli, Gusar, Shirvan, Shamkir and Nakhchivan are participating.
Last evening, the opening ceremony of the competition was held with the participation of the head of the Guba-Khachmaz Regional Youth and Sports Department, Najaf Novruzov. He wished success to the participants. Then there were exemplary speeches.
