AFFA Club Licensing Department Director Elchin Mammadov was appointed by UEFA.
According to Idman.biz, he will arbithrate the match between " Besiktas " (Turkiye) and "Bruges" (Belgium), which will be held within the group stage of the UEFA European Conference League.
It should be noted that Mammadov will work as UEFA's match director in the match to be held at the Besiktas Park Stadium in Istanbul, Turkiye on November 30.
