Florian Wirtz, who left Bayer Leverkusen, will become one of the highest-earning players at his new club Liverpool.
22-year-old midfielder will earn 225,000 euros per week, excluding bonuses, Idman.biz reports.
Taking into account possible additions, the amount could increase to 285,000 euros per week, and annual income could reach 15 million euros.
According to the contract, the amount that will be given to the player if the team reaches its goals is estimated at a total of 116 million euros.
Despite the agreement on the terms, the transfer has not yet been completed. The player must undergo a medical examination. After returning from vacation, Wirtz is expected to begin preparations for a move to England.
