The draw for the third round of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers in the North, Central America, and Caribbean (CONCACAF) zone has been held.
12 teams will compete across three groups in this stage of the qualifiers, Idman.biz reports.

Third round groups:
Group A: Panama, El Salvador, Guatemala, Suriname
Group B: Jamaica, Curacao, Trinidad and Tobago, Bermuda
Group C: Costa Rica, Honduras, Haiti, Nicaragua
Matches will be played from September to November 2025. The winners of each group will qualify directly for the 2026 World Cup.
As host nations, Canada, Mexico, and the USA have already secured their spots in the tournament.
Additionally, two more teams will have a chance to qualify: the two best-performing second-place teams across the groups will compete in the intercontinental playoffs in March 2026.
