The first set of draws for the 2025/26 UEFA Europa Conference League has revealed 38 teams that could face Azerbaijani clubs.
These clubs represent the pool of potential opponents for the two teams that will compete on Azerbaijan’s behalf, Idman.biz reports.
In the First Qualifying Round, 52 teams will be drawn into 26 pairs, with 26 of those teams already confirmed.
The 26 winners will then join 62 teams that are exempt from the opening round. Among those, 12 clubs are set to enter the competition directly from the Second Qualifying Round.
Azerbaijan’s representatives will also begin their Conference League journey from the Second Qualifying Round. Out of Zira, Araz-Nakhchivan, and Turan Tovuz, two clubs will take part in the tournament.
