The “Future Leader in Football” 2025 program was held in the German city of Lorrach.
According to Idman.biz, Narmin Sidaliyeva, a specialist from the Club Licensing Department of AFFA, participated in the program, which was organized by the DFB, the German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ), and Volkswagen, and brought together female participants from 25 different countries.
The aim of the program was to promote gender equality, empower female leadership, and increase the role of women in football.
Participants were also trained in leadership, strategic planning, promoting social change, and building international networks.
Distinguished guests who took part as speakers included UEFA Vice President Laura McAllister, President of the Norwegian Football Association Lise Klaveness, UEFA Women’s Football Director Nadine Kessler, as well as prominent figures such as Alexandra Popp and Jessica Libbertz.
