Richard Almeida scored his 50th goal in the Azerbaijan Championships.
Idman.biz reports that the anniversary ball of the 35-year-old midfielder coincided with the Azerbaijan Premier League first round.
He completed the "100" with the goal he scored in the away game against Araz-Nakhchivan (4:1). Richard reached "50" in his 268th match in the Premier League. The midfielder became the 40th player to score at least 50 goals in the history of Azerbaijan championships.
Almeida, who has played in the Premier League since the 2012/13 season, scored his first goal in that championship. The midfielder who scored only in at Qarabag, also wore the Zira jersey.
