Seyidov also mentioned what criteria are required to become AFFA president: "Who can be AFFA president? The charter clearly states that direct and indirect members of the organization who are related to football and whose activity is due to active football can hold this post. They must submit their candidacies to AFFA 15 days before the start of the Report-Election Conference. 10 days before the election, the general secretary should send the latest information about the members directly to the members. After that, nominations for the AFFA presidency and the Executive Committee can no longer be made. Because the procedure is finalizing. Then we will all wait for the Report-Election Conference."
