Former Netherlands national team head coach Louis van Gaal has recovered from cancer.
The experienced specialist shared the news himself in an interview with ESPN, Idman.biz reports.
He stated that cancer no longer bothers him: “Two years ago, I underwent several surgeries. At first, everything was bad, but in the end, it all turned out well and now I feel good. I go for check-ups every few months, and everything is fine.”
Van Gaal revealed in 2022 that he had been battling prostate cancer.
