Sabah signed Croatian head coach

Sabah has officially appointed a new head coach.

According to the information provided by the club to Idman.biz, a 1.5-year contract was signed with Croatian coach Krunoslav Rendulić.

During his coaching career, Rendulić worked as an assistant coach in Iran's Fulad (2014-2016) and the main national team of this country (2022), as well as in Croatia's Istra 1961 (2018/19), Šibenik (2019-2021), Gorica (2021-2022), he worked as a head coach in Zrinski (2022-2023) clubs of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Croatian coach won the Bosnia and Herzegovina Championship and Cup with Zrinski (2022/2023), he took this club to the group stage of the UEFA Conference League (2023/2024).

It should be noted that the previous head coach of Sabah, Russian Murad Musayev, resigned on February 1. After his departure from his post, the team was temporarily led by Igor Ponomaryov, first Rashad Eyyubov and then Ruslan Gafitullin took part in the games.
