Uruguayan striker Luis Suarez may continue his career at Inter Miami after the conclusion of the current season.
According to Idman.Biz, citing ESPN, Inter Miami’s management is currently holding negotiations with the player over a contract extension, with his current deal set to expire at the end of this year. Earlier reports suggested that the 38-year-old forward was considering retirement following his spell in the United States.
It is also noted that the club has exercised the option to buy midfielder Rodrigo De Paul. The Argentine joined Inter Miami on loan from Atletico last summer until the end of the season.
Inter Miami have now completed a permanent transfer and signed De Paul to a four-year contract. Under the terms of the agreement, the midfielder will earn $12 million per season.
