The winners of the general classification at the Azerbaijan multi-stage cycling championship, held from September 10 to 12, have been determined.
As reported by İdman.biz, cyclists competed for the top positions in four different age categories.
In the Elite/U23 men's category, Shahin Eyvazov of AE Cycling School claimed first place. His teammates Nofal Nuriyev and Ali Gurbanov finished second and third respectively.
Among junior boys born in 2008-2009, Nihad Khudoyev (ROEQIUGVM) took the top spot, followed by Murad Nadirov ("Təhsil") and Hasan Zeynalov (ROEQIUGVM).
In the U15 boys' category, Emil Abbasov of AE Cycling School emerged victorious. Ismayil Khankishiyev and Mirali Miryahyayev, both representing ROEQIUGVM, completed the top three.
In the U17 competition, Umid Ismayilov ("Təhsil") finished first, with Ilkin Sadigzada ("Təhsil") taking second place and Ali Zeynalzada (ROEQIUGVM) finishing third.
The national championship took place over three days, with riders competing across several age groups in Azerbaijan.
