The European Championship among boxers under 22 years of age continues in Budva, Montenegro.

The European champion Nijat Huseynov (Azerbaijan) met Francesco Messineo (Germany) in his first match. Huseynov (51 kg) won with the score of 5:0 (29:28, 30:27, 30:27, 30:27, 30:27).
