Badminton competitions are ongoing at the World University Games held in Germany’s Rhine-Ruhr region.
According to special correspondent of Idman.biz in Germany, in another mixed doubles match, Azerbaijani athletes Agil Gabilov and Hajar Nuriyeva were defeated by Spain’s Daniel Franco and Carmen Jimenez with a score of 0:2 (7:15, 15:17).
Earlier, the mixed doubles team of Murad Shabanzade and Nigar Samadova also lost to a Dutch pair – 0:2 (7:15, 7:15).
