Cristiano Ronaldo plans to sell Cascais mansion after wedding

Al Nassr striker Cristiano Ronaldo is planning to sell his mansion in Cascais after his wedding to Georgina Rodriguez.

According to Idman.Biz, citing the Daily Mail, the five-time Ballon d'Or winner could part with the luxury property, which is valued at around $40 million. The mansion has already been fully completed and features eight bedrooms, a swimming pool, an underground garage and a private cinema.

The potential sale is reportedly linked to Ronaldo’s dissatisfaction with the lack of privacy in his personal life. The footballer also attempted to purchase neighboring land owned by a nearby hotel, as well as a golf course, in order to increase security, but his offers were rejected.

It is reported that the villa in Cascais could be used for Ronaldo and Rodriguez’s wedding ceremony, after which the property would be put up for sale. The couple have been together since 2016 and have two daughters. Ronaldo proposed to Georgina in August, with the wedding planned to take place after the 2026 World Cup, which will be held in the United States, Mexico and Canada.
