Azerbaijan’s volleyball star Polina Rahimova has parted ways with Brazil’s Osasco club.
Speaking to Idman.biz, the 35-year-old outside hitter confirmed that she will continue her career in Greece, having reached an agreement with Panionios. Rahimova will play for the Athens-based team in the 2025/2026 season.
This marks the ninth country in Rahimova’s professional career. Before Greece, she has played in Azerbaijan, Brazil, South Korea, Japan, Turkiye, Italy, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
Notably, Rahimova wrapped up this past season as a champion with Osasco.
