Azerbaijani taekwondo athletes continue their fight at the World Universiade held in Germany’s Rhine-Ruhr region.
According to correspondent of Idman.biz in Germany, Nijat Ismayilzada (74 kg), competing in his first match of the day, defeated Elia Poersch (Germany) and advanced to the round of 16.
Later, Nargiz Kazimova (62 kg) and Hamidreza Badri Aliabadi (+87 kg) will begin their competitions.
