The final races of the Mingachevir Regatta 2026 international tournament will take place today.
As reported by İdman.Biz, the concluding stage of the competition, jointly organised by Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Azerbaijan Aquatic Sports Federation (AZSIF), will be held at the Kur Olympic Training and Sports Centre in Mingachevir.
Azerbaijan’s young rowers have claimed 11 medals over the first two days of competition, which were held in Fuzuli and Mingachevir.
More than 100 athletes are taking part in the international tournament. Alongside Azerbaijan, the competition features representatives from the Czech Republic, Georgia, Hungary, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Tajikistan, Türkiye, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
