Gayibov noted that sports infrastructure, which is part of the Great Return, is in the center of attention of the state: "One of the most proud events of last month was the laying of the foundation of a sports complex in the city of Fuzuli by our head of state Mr. Ilham Aliyev. According to the master plan of the complex with a total area of 17 hectares, a sports facility will be built here, which will allow organizing basketball, volleyball, handball, badminton, and mini-football exercises. The Minister said that October was also marked by another significant event, the opening of the "Ulduz" Football Academy, a project focused on children's football: "As a result of the selection conducted in the capital and regions, 69 of the most talented children were selected from more than 700 children to the Academy located in the Shagan settlement of Baku and went to training. was involved. These children are currently staying at the Republic Children's Recreation and Health Center and continue their studies at the same high school. The Academy takes care of the nutrition and other needs of the children who continue their daily exercises by experienced specialists.
