UFC fighter of Azerbaijani descent, Rafael Fiziev, is expected to arrive in Baku on the evening of June 14.
According to Idman.biz, the 33-year-old athlete will take part in the first-ever UFC event to be held in Azerbaijan.
Fiziev is set to face Chilean fighter Ignacio Bahamondes at "Baku Crystal Hall."
One of the headliners of UFC Fight Night, American Jamahal Hill, is scheduled to arrive in Baku tomorrow afternoon. His opponent, Khalil Rountree, has already been in the city since last week.
The UFC event is scheduled for June 21 and will also feature two other Azerbaijani fighters: Nazim Sadykhov and Tofiq Musayev.
