As reported by İdman.Biz, the event is scheduled to begin at 22:00 Baku time, with the main card starting at midnight.
The main event will see No. 6-ranked featherweight Jean Silva take on Jose Delgado.
In the co-main event, former UFC flyweight champion Brandon Moreno will face Joseph Morales.
The preliminary card will also feature an intriguing welterweight bout between Russia's Muslim Salikhov and Chile's Ignacio Bahamondes. The fight will mark Bahamondes' move up from lightweight after his recent defeats to Rafael Fiziev and Tofiq Musayev.
