Irina Zaretska (68 kg) is finalizing her preparations for the World Games, which will be held in Chengdu, China, from August 7 to 17.
The Azerbaijani karateka is conducting her final training camp in Hong Kong ahead of the multi-sport event, Idman.biz reports.
Zaretska shared her thoughts on the preparation: "We are holding a joint training camp with the Ukrainian team in Hong Kong. The preparation, atmosphere, and athletes are all excellent. We are training and focusing on our main goals."
The three-time world champion and silver medalist of the Tokyo Olympic Games will be participating in the World Games for the second time.
